Set up DrexTV in three simple steps

Step 1: Choose your device

DrexTV works on Smart TVs, Firestick, Android TV, Apple TV, Windows, macOS, iPhone, iPad and Android. Pick the device that is most convenient for your household. For the living room, a Smart TV, Firestick or Android TV box is ideal. For on-the-go viewing, a phone or tablet works perfectly.

Step 2: Install an IPTV player

An IPTV player is the app that reads your subscription and displays the channels. The most popular options are IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, XCIPTI, iPlayTV and Televizo. Most are free or offer a small one-time fee for premium features. Install the player from your device's app store or, on Firestick, use the Downloader app.

Step 3: Enter your DrexTV credentials

After you subscribe, you will receive an email with your login details. This usually includes a username and password, plus an M3U link or Xtream Codes API. Open your IPTV player, choose the login method that matches the details you received, and enter them exactly. The app will load the channel list and VOD library automatically.

Troubleshooting first-time setup

If the app does not load, double-check your username and password for spaces or typos. Make sure the URL in the M3U line is complete. Try a different player or restart the app. If you still see an error, contact our support team with a screenshot of the error message and we will help you immediately.

Optimise your setup after the first login

Once the channels load, spend a few minutes organising the app. Favourite your most-watched Dutch and international channels. Set up the electronic programme guide (EPG) so you can see what is on now and later. If your app supports catch-up, enable it for the channels you watch most. A small amount of setup creates a much better daily experience.

What if you want to switch devices later?

You can use your DrexTV login on any supported device at any time. Simply install the IPTV player, enter the same credentials, and your line will activate. There is no hardware to return and no installer to call. Just remember the number of simultaneous connections allowed by your plan.
